Obituary of Richard Edward Hartman

Dick Hartman, age 82, passed away on October 8, 2015. Mr. Hartman served in the United States Navy, retired from General Electric, then started Dick Hartman Landscaping in Marcy, NY and was active in the business for about 20 years until he moved to Tennessee. He was Scout Master of Troop 79 in Marcy, NY 1974-1983, and advanced 25 Scouts to Eagles under his leadership. He is survived by wife: Shirley Pietras Hartman; children: Joseph Hartman (Trish) and David Hartman (Terri); brother: Donald Hartman; grandchildren: Michael Hartman, Brandon Hartman, and Corrine Syck (William); and great-grandchildren.
