Obituary of Jonelle House

Jonelle “Jo” House, age 85 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2016. Funeral Service will be Thursday April 7th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Dr. Larry Gilmore officiating. Entombment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens Mausoleum, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Wednesday April 6th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday April 7th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Mrs. House was born May 8, 1930 in Lafayette, to the late Albert Claiborne and Mai Harper Claiborne. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Harper Claiborne; and sister, Binnie Key. She is survived by husband of 64 years, Earl House, Jr; son, Michael house (Patty) of Gallatin; daughters, Carolyn Key (James) of Gallatin, and Linda McKnight (Tim) of Gallatin; grandchildren, Brandon Key, Paul McKnight, Rebecca McKnight, Emily Roebuck (Andy), and Matthew House (Meredith); and great grandchildren, Aspen Key and Alexander Roebuck.
