Obituary of David Ray Goins
David Goins, age 50, of Lebanon, passed away on April 11, 2016. The Celebration of Life is from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Mt. Juliet Church of God (495 N. Mt. Juliet Rd), Mt. Juliet TN.
Mr. Goins, a guard with U.S. Security, is survived by: his father: Rayford Goins (Diane); mother: Christine Perry; brothers: Ronnie Goins, Jimmy Craig, Jason Perry, and Michael Perry; sisters: Brenda Garafelo, Theresa Morris, and Teresa Gail Tapp; nieces and nephews: Amy Vantries, Michelle Wilburn, Amanda Farris, Cheyenne Perry, Christina Craig, Danielle Craig, Stephanie Cervantes, Kevin Morris, Josh Shaw, David Richardson, Tyler Goins, and Eric Goins; and numerous aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by brother Stevie Craig.
