Czapliniski, Carol Ann, age 57, of Lebanon, TN passed away on July 6, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas & Vivian Czaplinski. She is survived by spouse, Judy Arena, siblings, Donna (Earl) Beal, Alan Czaplinski, and Thomas (Casey) Czaplinski., brother in law Daniel (Sara) Arena; niece, Mia Arena; her kids, Morgen, JJ, Briley, Tess, Eklipse, Hope and Maxcee. Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00am on Monday, July 11th at Sellars Chapel in Mt. Juliet. Visitation with family will be Monday beginning at 10am until time of service.
