Obituary of Dorothea "Miss Dot" Marschall

Dorothea “Miss Dot” Marschall, age 86 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday July 7, 2016. Funeral Service will be Tuesday July 12th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral home, with Rev. John Penfield officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation will be Monday July 11th from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. (with an Eastern Star service at 6:00 p.m.), and Tuesday July 12th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Miss Dot was born February 16, 1930 in Wilson County to the late Howard Reed and Ora Elizabeth Foutch Reed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Ralph Reed; and grandson, Coy Coley. She is survived by daughters, Bettefinch Coley (Steve) of Gallatin, and Linda Rearick (Doug) of Shelocta, PA; grandchildren, Ash Johnson (Christina), Jerileigh Stover (Dan), and Austin Rearick (Samantha); and great grandchildren, Caitlin Johnson, Hailey Johnson, and Colbie Stover.
