Obituary of June Cummings Smith

June Smith, age 86, of Mt. Juliet, passed away on July 24, 2016. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Tuesday from 4 -8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Alan Hutchison, is 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2016 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Interment in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens will follow the service. Pallbearers: David Liddle, Tony Bates, Chad Broadbent, Brian Myers, Shane Blackburn, and John Burnette. Honorary Pallbearers: Dr. Amit K. Singh and the staff at Avalon Hospice. Mrs. Smith, a realtor and auctioneer at Cummings and Mires Real Estate, was a member of Corinth Church of Christ. She is survived by son Eric (Tammy) Smith, grandson Eric Breedlove, sister Linda Thompson, sister-in-law Nancy Smith Waddey, brother-in-law Neal Bass (Barbara) Smith, and nieces Diane (Kyle) Turnham. She is preceded in death by husband Edward Smith, parents Omer and LaDelle Boyd Cummings, and brothers Martin and Charles “Booty” Cummings.
