Obituary of Gayle "geegee" Mitchell Graves

Graves, Gayle “geegee”, age 65 of Lebanon, TN passed away on July 27, 2016. Mrs. Graves was a member of Center Chapel Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She worked for Frank E. Neal Inc. for 36 years. Preceded in death by father, Lyon Mitchell and step-father, John Herod. Survived by husband of 29 years, Larry Graves; daughter, Lesa Hughes; grandsons, Connor and Braden Hughes; mother, Ruth Herod; sisters, Janice (Rex ) McNeeley and Brenda (Jim) Sharp; brothers, Greg (Kathy) Herod and Kent (Janine) Herod; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00am on Saturday, July 30th at Center Chapel Church of Christ, in Mt. Juliet with Andy Connelly, Darrell Duncan and David Lee officiating. Interment will follow service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with nephews serving as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers are: Elders and Deacons of Center Chapel Church of Christ, Gerry and Faye Nobles, Brenda Sledge, Milton and Diane Dorris, Frank Neal, Dana Bauguess, Lori Kaiser, Harold and Annette Goins, Jerry and Pam Oxsher, John Hiter, Jim and Lisa Tomlin, Herman and Martha Coleman, Danny McGuire and Bobby Patton.
