Obituary of W.C. Barrett

Jim Barrett, age 73, passed away on August 8, 2016. The Memorial Service, conducted by Pastor Kevin Medlin, is 2 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Cumberland Presbyterian Church (522 Castle Heights Ave, Lebanon TN). There will be visitation from 1 p.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Cumberland Presbyterian Building Fund, or your favorite charity. Mr. Barrett retired from TVA. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam era. His passion was restoring antique tractors and cars. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jean Bass Barrett, children Wendell (Julie) Barrett, Anthony (Ashley) Barrett, Gerry (NanHee) Brown, Paul (Janice) Brown, and Dr. Julie Jones; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, siblings Wilma Perry, Betty Gaither and Ricky (Betty Jane) Barrett, and special family friend Andrea Johnson and special brother-in-law and sister-in-law Paul and Polly Saunders.
