Patricia Brewington, age 67, of Lebanon, passed away on August 22, 2016. The family will have a memorial service. Mrs. Brewington is survived by her husband Robert Brewington, children Angela Pryor and Michael Brewington (Cindy) grandchildren Britney Thompson (Bryan), Kelsey Pryor, Jacob Brewington, and Lexi Brewington, and siblings Bill Peak (Kim), Jim Ford, Eddie Ford (Karen), Judy Jones (Barney), and Mary Ann Armstrong (Nelson).
