Obituary of Robert S. Brown

Robert S. Brown, age 84 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday September 13, 2016. Funeral Service will be at 12:00 noon Saturday September 17th from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Pastor Ken Shaw officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday September 16th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday September 17th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Brown was born April 25, 1932 in Akron, OH to the late Weldon Brown and Mattie Moncrief Brown. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Mary Grace Brown. He is survived by sons, Tyler Brown (Kathy) of Gallatin and Samuel Brown (Bridget) of Old Hickory; daughter, Candy McMahon (Jack) of Gallatin; sister, Shirley James of Cottondale, AL; 8 grandchildren, T.J. Brown, Taren Keebler (Issac), Skyler Brown, Mekenzie Brown, Conner Brown, Sylvia McMahon, Jack McMahon, Jr., and Steven McMahon; and 3 great grandchildren, Cassidy Young, Jaxon Young, and Edgar McMahon.
