Obituary of Kenneth O. Brown Sr.

Kenneth O. Brown, Sr., age 67 of Port Charlotte, FL., formerly of Gallatin, passed away Thursday September 22, 2016. Funeral Service will be Thursday September 29th at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Wednesday September 28th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.and Thursday September 29th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Brown was born January 10, 1949 in Hanover County, VA to the late Arnold Brown and Virginia Ashby Brown. He is preceded in death by wife, Lois Brown and daughter, Melissa Brunstad. He is survived by wife, Sue Grubbs Brown of Port Charlotte, FL.; sons, Kenneth Brown, Jr (Melissa) of Gallatin and Terry Brown (Tiffany) of Gallatin; daughter, Susan Anderson (Robert) of Gallatin; step son, Thomas Hambrock, Jr of Louisville, KY; step daughter, Ashley Sullivan (Andy) of Nashville; brother, William Brown (Dorothy) of VA; Sandra McFarland of VA; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. Kenneth, along with his first wife Lois, was the owner and operator of Perfect Pay in Gallatin for many years.
