Jackie E. Howard, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away Saturday December 3, 2016. Graveside service will be Saturday December 10th at 2:00 p.m. EST at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, TN, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Saturday December 10th from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CST at Family Heritage Funeral Home. Jackie was born February 2, 1937 in Roane County, TN to the late Clyde Howard and Fannie Thompson Howard. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Bob Howard; and sister, Christine Parkhurst. He is survived by niece, Carolyn Yohey of Gallatin; and several nieces and nephews.
