DEEL, Cheryl L., age 68 of Mt. Juliet, TN., passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016. She was born the daughter of Ray Rider and Delores Holcomb Bartlett on October, 30, 1948 in Midland, MI. Cheryl lived in Gladwin County Michigan most of her life. She was married to Walter Deel, of Hampton, VA in December 2000. She was preceeded in death by parents Ray and Delores Rider; brother, Steve and step-father, Harold Bartlett, Sr. She is survived by her husband, Walter Deel; children, Kenneth (Diana) Fetterolf, of Hope, MI, Charles (Barbara) Fetterolf of Stafford, VA, Richard Jr. (Nikki) Fetterolf, of Bay City, MI, and Veronica (Mark) Winters of Mt.
