Obituary of Leoncio B. "Jun" Bismonte, Jr.

Leoncio B. Bismonte, Jr., better known as Jun, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at 4:59 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. June was born on June 12, 1943, in Legazpi City, Philippines. He was a true free spirit who loved life, adventure, travel, cooking, dogs and service to God through his music ministry. He was a faithful member of the Holy Family Catholic Church and also a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Leonor; his daughter and son-in-law, Lanelle and Anthony Picinich; his daughter and son-in-law; Leilani and William Tomas; his son, Lowell Bismonte; his daughter and son-in-law, Mary Rose and Joe Swart; his son and daughter-in-law, John and Leide Bismonte; his daughter, Marie Bismonte; his son, Jullan Munoz and his son and daughter-in-law, Renz (Cathy) Bismonte; his 8 grandchildren:, Aimee Picinich, AJ Picinich, Gabrielle Tomas, Ashleigh Tomas, Mia Bismonte, Aris Bismonte, Dakota Swart and Davis Swart; 1 great-grandchild, Ty Bismonte; and only surviving brother and sister-in-law, Mario and Patricia Bismonte. He will be truly missed by all. A reception will be held at the Church Rectory after the service.
