Obituary of Floyd D. Bailey

Floyd D. Bailey, age 71 of Bethpage, passed away Wednesday December 14, 2016. Funeral Service will be Saturday December 17th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Peace officiating. Interment will follow at Gallatin Cemetery, with friends from SSRs serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday December 16th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday December 17th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Floyd was the owner of Bailey Chassis Company and a member of the SSR Group. Mr. Bailey was born December 24, 1944 in Cleveland, MS to the late Hugh Aubrey Bailey and Eunice Evelyna Walker Bailey. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Nancy Patricia Belanger Bailey; and granddaughter, Olivia Hannah. He is survived by children, Renee Iacona of Germantown, MD, Melissa Bailey of Nashville, Laura Ezzell (Brent) of Chapmansboro, Pamela Hannah (Jackie) of Ashland City, Tammy Curry (Mike) of Mt. Juliet, Stacey Beaulieu of Gallatin, Liza McDonald (Bryan) of Smyrna, and John Beaulieu of Murfreesboro; brother, Hugh A. Bailey, Jr. (Beverly) of Clearwater, FL; 11 grandchildren, Cole Ezzell, Shelby Hudson, Lucas Hannah, Brittney Hannah, Jacob Curry, Madison Curry, Preston Griffin, Adisyn McDonald, Alexya McDonald, Brayden Beaulieu, and Cheyenne Beaulieu; and 4 great grandchildren, Emmerson Watkins, Waylen Watkins, Olivia Boyce, and Hunter Curry.
