Obituary of Flora Lee Reeder

Flora Reeder, age 81, passed away on January 2, 2017. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Jim Key, is 11 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 2017 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Interment in Bethlehem Cemetery will follow the service. Pallbearers: Perry Neal, Phil Neal, Pall Neal, Travis Alverson, Terry Poston, Charles Poston, Danny Sellars, and Bo Ford. Honorary Pallbearers: Dr. Roger McKinney, Dr. Bill Robertson, Tracie Moss, P.A., Clay Couch, Trice Sampson, O’Dell Reeder, and Harlan Poston. Mrs. Reeder was born in Brush Creek, TN and graduated from Gordonsville High School. In Lebanon, she worked at Texas Boot and was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and wife. She spent her life taking care of her family and loving God. She was a hospital volunteer and an artist in her own right, having won several awards for her craft. Mrs. Reeder is survived by her children: Mike (Denice) Reeder, Tommy (Carol) Reeder, and Tammy (Larry) Pedigo; grandchildren: Tracey (Sean) Bunch, Wendy (Matt) Pillow, Brian Reeder, Jason (Jessica) Reeder, Shelly (Josh) Patton, Charlie Pedigo, Donna (Tim) Jacobs, Jennifer (Michael) Pedigo, Rachel (Lee) Wright, and Michael Reeder; great-grandchildren: Raegan Bunch, twins Zoey and Kenzie Bunch, Rilee Pillow, Emma Grace Reeder, Easton Reeder, Elam Reeder, Garret Roberts, Peyton Jacobs, Zack Reeder, Helena Reeder, Will Wright, and Taylor Wright; sisters-in-law: Mary Lou Ford and Darlene Summers; and brother-in-law: Odell Reeder. She is preceded in death by husband Donald M. Reeder, son Don E. Reeder, (both whom passed away in 1998) parents Elbert and Dexie Cleibron Ford, sister Pat (Oval) Moore and baby sister Elberta Ford, brothers James Ford and David Ford.
