Obituary of Betty Burrow

Betty Burrow, age 77 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday January 11, 2017. Funeral Service will be Saturday January 14th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Pastor Billy Fugua officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday January 13th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday January 14th from 12:00 noon until time of service. Mrs. Burrow was born February 20, 1939 in Sumner County, to the late George Watson and Minnie Finn Watson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Burrow; and daughter, Shelia McNerney. She is survived by sons, Johnny “Bud” Cox of Gallatin, Steve Cox (Tammy) of Watertown, and Terry “Turkey” Cox (DeAnna) of Hartsville; daughters, Patsy Fuqua of Gallatin and Tina Blittle of Gallatin; brothers, Robert Watson (Brenda) of Cottontown and Eugene Watson (Linda) of Gallatin; sisters, Bobbie White (Joe Brooks) of Castalian Springs and Mary Adcock of Westmoreland; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
