Obituary of Jackie Gene Carter

Jackie Gene Carter, age 89 of Antioch, passed away March 27, 2017. Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 1st at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Brother Doyle Farris officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, March 31st from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 1st from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Carter is preceded in death by parents, Arnet Lee and Clara Faullin Carter; wife, Bettie Sue Parks Carter; brothers, Jim Carter and Bill Carter; sisters, Sue Maloney, Mozelle Richardson and Sara Lian. He is survived by sons, Eric Carter of Lavergne, TN and Alex Carter (Lou Ann) of Hendersonville, TN; sister, Betty Jernigan of Franklin, KY; grandchildren, Austin Carter, Ryan Carter, Heather Brown and Scott Brown; great grandchildren, Secenity Brown and Gage Brown; several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to World Bible School at Hartsville Pike Church of Christ, P.O. Box 36, Gallatin, TN 37066.
