Obituary of Richard Keith Martin

MARTIN, Richard Keith, age 72 of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away March 28, 2017. Rick was a beloved father, brother and friend. He was a graduate of Mt. Juliet High and Middle TN State University. His loving children were such a great comfort to him during his years of struggling with health issues and were by his side when he went to meet his Savior. Rick was an Innkeeper for most of his life, owning and managing the Mercury Motel. He had a wonderful way of understanding people and a desire in his heart to do all he could for others. He touched so many lives during his earthly life and will be remembered and missed by so many. Preceded by parents, Terry and Irene Martin; and brothers, Beason Martin and Ron Martin, Sr. Survived by his children, Kelly Jane Martin and Nicholas Keith "Nick" Martin. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 1st at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Judd Hayes officiating. Interment will follow the service at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
