Obituary of Thomas Leonard Blankenship
Mr. Thomas Blankenship, age 70, of Lafayette, passed away Friday, June 17, 2017, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nasvhille, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Blankenship are scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 2 PM, from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Scott Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, June 18, 2017, from 4 PM until 8 PM, Monday, 9 AM until 9 PM, and on Tuesday, from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.
