Obituary of Paul Michael Leftrick

Mike “Papa” Leftrick passed away on September 3, 2017 at age 67. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service.  The Funeral Service, conducted by Reverend Jimmy Gray and Reverend Danny Sellars, is 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home.  Interment with Military Honors in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service.  Pallbearers: Taylor Vanhook, Bailey Vanhook, Luke Troutt, Chris Vanhook, Eugene Minear, and David Farler. Honorary Pallbearers:  Jerry Watson, Bubba Jennings, Kenny Leftrick.

               Mr. Leftrick served in the United States Army during Vietnam.  He retired as an inspector for TRW and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  He loved Vandy football, NASCAR, football, baseball, basketball, and spending time with his grandchildren.  He is survived by wife Kathy Leftrick; children Shelly McPeak (Clayton) and Shane Leftrick (Kim); father Paul R. Leftrick (Betty); brother Kenny Leftrick (Laura); and grandchildren Taylor Vanhook, Bailey Vanhook, Gavin Tomlinson, Gage Leftrick, and Lilly Leftrick.  He is preceded in death by mother Helen Leftrick, brother Lonnie Leftrick, sisters Vickie Odom and Dewona Mason, and nephews Brian Elmore and Matthew Leftrick.  Arrangements by Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN 615.444.9393.
