Obituary of Larry Clay Law
Larry Clay Law, age 71 of Gallatin, formerly of Westmoreland, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, September 6th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Heritage Funeral Home (100 Albert Gallatin Ave), with Doug Parks and Tommy “Brandon” Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Kevin Baker, Gary Gilliam, Billy Gilliam, Jeff Smith, Tim Smith, and Richard Smith serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 5th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, September 6th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
Mr. Law was born April 25, 1946 in Davidson County, to the late James Lewis Law and Eunice Dorris Law. He is survived by wife of 53 years, Jean Smith Law of Gallatin; son, Greg Alan Law of Durham, N.C.; sister, Elaine Law Tully of Spring Hill, FL; and niece, Kimberly Padro of Spring Hill, FL. Mr. Law was co-owner of Law Golf Carts for 15 years and worked in maintenance for the Sumner County Board of Education for 12 years. Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
