Obituary of Virginia Mae Brock

Virginia Mae Brock "Rat", age 88 of Bethpage passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017.  Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 12th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 10th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 11th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., and Tuesday, December 12th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Jack Robbins, Eddie Bowman, Jimmy Bowman, Robert Biggers, Bruce Barnes, and Eric Brewington serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Brock was born July 27, 1929 in Bethpage to the late Jewell Biggers and Lucille Thurman Biggers.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  She is survived by son, Eddie Brock (Sheila) of Gallatin; daughters, Rita Brock of Gallatin, Martha Wakefield of Gallatin, Dottie Reed of Adolphus, KY, Rhonda Little of Westmoreland, and Cindy Brock of Westmoreland; 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.  Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.  Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
