Los acompaño en estos momentos recordando a mi querida Gladiz con quien yo compartí tantos momentos felices, desde 1974!! Toda una Vida! Siempre nos mantuvimos en comunicación, nos visitamos muchísimas veces, ya fuera en Nashville o Florida. Estuvo en mi Vida en los momentos de Alegrías como enfermedad. Me decía que yo la hacía reír mucho con mis ocurrencias. Reíamos hasta llorar de la risa. Gladiz siempre fuiste un ejemplo de honradez, respeto, gran Madre, esposa, hija, hermana, amiga. Tu recuerdo perdurará para siempre. Gracias por todo lo que fuiste y las memorias lindas que dejaste en mi corazón y en el corazón de todos. +

Gladys was a beautiful and classy lady.She was very dignified in every way. She also helped her husband (Gil) establish his medical practice here in the U.S..
Along with raising a wonderful family.
She has left this world a better place.

We have many vivid and pleasant memories of Gladys and Tio Guillermos’s visits to S Florida, and also during a couple of our trips up to Tennessee. Mi tía Gladys, she was beautiful, classy and kind. I’ll always remember her beautiful smile with her dimples and her perfectly manicured hands. Always dressed sharp and sophisticated. I met Gladys in a group class at the old Ymca in Mt Juliet. We talked a lot, she was such a sweet person. When I was going through breast cancer surgery and reconstruction she sent me flowers. We lost touch after the y closed but I did call her after her husband passed. So sorry for the family, wishing you peace and comfort as you go through time of loss.
I am so very sorry to heat that Mrs. Cadena has passed. I was thinking of her not too long ago. I remember she had a knob on the steering wheel of her car to help her turn corners. I thought that was so very cool. I also remember the beautiful sweaters she used to make on her very impressive loom. The things she created were beautiful to me, even as a child. I though your mother was one of the most fascinating and beautiful people I had ever come across. I loved listening to her speak to you all in Spanish and I really wanted to be able to understand what she was saying. I loved coming up to your house and playing the back yard until someone came out to play with me. Your mom was always sweet and kind to me. I know heavens lights are shining brighter with her smile gracing those hallowed halls. My thoughts are with you all during this most difficult of times.
God Bless you during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of waiting on your mom and dad at the county clerks office for many many years. They were always a joy! How blessed were you to have such wonderful parents! What a wonderful legacy they leave.
