Eddie Gregory, age 66 of Gallatin passed away Friday, February 17, 2023. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21st in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Bro. Phil Wilson and Nick Gregory officiating. Visitation will be Monday, February 20th from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 21st from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Curtis Brummett, James “J.D.” Dorsey, Paul Jones, Phil Jones, W. T. Hudson, Benny Gregory, Anthony Gregory, Mike Williams, Mike Lee, Blake Gregory, Eugene Sisco, and Paul Way serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with expenses.
Mr. Gregory was born April 28, 1956 in Hartsville, TN to the late Sherman Edgar Gregory and Sarah Agnes Jones Gregory. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by step-mother, Jane Gregory; son-in-law, Terry Harrison; brother, Sherman Gregory; and sisters, Eva Mae Gregory and Jackie Elaine Gregory. He is survived by wife of 16 years, Donna Lee Gregory of Gallatin; daughter, Vicky Lynn Gregory of Westmoreland; brothers, Billy Gregory (Gwendolyn) of Nashville, Timothy Neal Gregory of Bethpage, Roy Allen Gregory of Gallatin, and Thomas Franklin Gregory of Lafayette; step-brother, Terry Spain (Kimberly) of St. Augustine, FL; brother-in-law, Mike Lee of Gallatin; ½ sister, Elaine Wheeler (Elvis) of Gallatin; step-sisters, Gail Kelley of Gallatin, Virginia Little (Tommy) of Gallatin, and Linda Dobbs of Gallatin; grandchildren, John Edgar Kling, Kathlena Annette Kling, and Tamala Lynn Henson (Joshua Trace); 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
