Jessie Cleveland Oatsvall, age 87 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020. Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 9, 2021 in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Grant Carey officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, January 9th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Entombment, with Military Honors, will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, with John Denny, Tom Bush, David Hobdy, Joe Dickens, Jeff Hollins, and Larry Brown serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Conway Stockton and Paul Neal. Mr. Oatsvall was born December 1, 1933 in Camden, TN to the late Ottice Alfred Oatsvall and Ruby Alene Henry Oatsvall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sister, Shirley Ann Medlin. He is survived by wife of 65 years, Ann Masters Oatsvall; son, Randy Oatsvall (Stacey Coker Oatsvall) of Gallatin; sister, Ruby Florence of Bruceton, TN; and 2 grandchildren, Blaire Oatsvall and Brooke Oatsvall Holcomb (Dennie Holcomb). Mr. Oatsvall served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a long-time member of Cottontown Church of Christ. Mr. Oatsvall retired from TVA after many years of service.
