Obituary of Ann Hale Burkhardt

Ann Hale Burkhardt, age 81 of Hendersonville, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Funeral Service will be Friday, June 25th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home in Hendersonville. Gathering of Friends and sharing of memories will be Thursday, June 24th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Sellars Funeral Home in Hendersonville. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery, with Billy Weatherspoon, Glen Weatherspoon, Christopher Weatherspoon, Dustin Romines, Jimmy Hale, and Jay Hale serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Burkhardt was born July 19, 1939 in Sumner County to the late Floyd Hale, Sr and Ruby Steele Hale. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, James Hale. She is survived by husband of fifty-nine years, Marvin Burkhardt; daughter, Charlise Green (Andy); son, Jeff Burkhardt; granddaughters, Haley and Holly Green; grandson, Shane Burks; sister, Era Romines (Louis) and Wilma Weatherspoon; brothers, Floyd Hale, Jr (Mary), Robert Hale, and Terry Hale (Sherry).
