Obituary of Gene Oldham

Mr. Gene Oldham, age 85, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, at Hartsville Health and Rehab. Funeral arrangements for Gene Oldham are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 2 PM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Dean Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 11 AM until 9 PM and on Thursday, from 8AM until service time at 2 PM. Family respectfully requests that anyone attending visitation or the funeral service to please wear a mask. Family suggests memorial contributions be made towards Antioch Missionary Baptist Church or the Charity of their Choice. Mr. Gene Oldham was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Oldham and Carrie Merryman Oldham; siblings, W.T Oldham, Climont Oldham, Wayne Oldham, Leona Gammons, Evelin McClard, Gustine Keene, and Sue Neel Keene. Mr. Gene Oldham is survived by; Wife Lula Mai Flippin Oldham Son, Mikey Oldham and wife, Felecia Daughter, Cindy Clark and husband, Rick Grandchildren, Nathan Oldham and wife, Ashlee Neleigh Howard and husband, Morgan Peyton Clark Paige Clark Great-Grandchildren, Abby Oldham Kelan Howard Leah Oldham Pierce Howard Tage Howard Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
