Obituary of Gennette Mock

Gennette Mock, age 69 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021. Funeral Service will be Saturday, July 17th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Richard Neal officiating. Visitation will be Friday, July 16th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 17th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Crestview Memory Gardens, with Jason Mock, Brian Mock, Bruce Abbott, Kamden Abbott, Jacob Mock, Rece Mock, Hayden Mock, and Bailey Dropp serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Mock was born March 9, 1952 in Collinwood, TN to the late Olive Butler and Carrie Daniels Butler. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Butler. She is survived by husband of 50 years, Ronald Mock of Gallatin; sons, Brian Mock (Kim) of Oakland, FL and Jason Mock (Tracy) of Clermont, FL; daughter, Tamla Abbott (Bruce) of Hendersonville; sisters, Joyce Schoenmann of Gallatin, Thelma Butler of Gallatin, Mable Butler of Gallatin, and Wanda Key (Gary) of Gallatin; and 10 grandchildren, Kaitlin Dropp (Bailey), Kristin Abbott, Kamden Abbott, Rece Mock, Laney Mock, Hayden Mock, Malley Mock, Jacob Mock, Avery Mock, and Emerson Mock.
