Obituary of Minnie Oglesby

Minnie Oglesby, age 94 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021. Graveside Service will be Friday, July 30th at 4:00 p.m. at Gallatin Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Oglesby was born February 3, 1927 in Nashville to the late Thomas Stewart and Mariah Stewart. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Thomas J. Oglesby; son, Thomas Oglesby, Jr.; and two sisters. She is survived by daughters, Anita Fitzgerald of Gallatin and Jennifer Buford of Gallatin; nephew, H. C. Stinson of Nashville; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Oglesby retired from Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing after 50 years of service. Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
