Obituary of Judy Alana Johnson Crutcher

Ms. Judy Alana Johnson Crutcher, age 69, of Woodbury, and formerly Lafayette, Tennessee, passed away, Sunday, September 5, 2021, at St. Thomas West in Nashville. Graveside services for Judy Crutcher are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 2 PM from The Siloam Cemetery with Elder Tony Allen officiating. Interment will follow. Visitation with the family will begin at the cemetery on Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 11 AM until service time at 2 PM. Family respectfully requests donations be made towards the funeral expense. Judy Crutcher was preceded in death by her, Husband, Frank David Crutcher; Parents, Thomas Dallas Johnson and Vada Vassie Meador Johnson; Brothers, James Johnson and Garland Johnson; and Sisters, Ruby Hendricks, Betty Grissom, Sherry Gammons, and Juanita Brawner. She is survived by; Children, Shane Crutcher and wife, Randi Shannon Mitchell and fiance John Clendenon David Crutcher and wife, Lana Ten Grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
