Obituary of Virginia Pulley Reed

Virginia Pulley Reed, age 76 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Funeral Service will be Friday, September 17th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Pastor James Mallard officiating. Visitation will be Friday, September 17th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Rock Bridge Cemetery. Mrs. Reed was born December 13, 1944 in Fountain City, TN to the late J. C. Pulley and Ida Reels Pulley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Robert Earl Reed; brothers, Rondal Pulley, Jimmie Pulley and 2 infant brothers; and sisters, Stella Louise Reed, Patsy Sue Curd, and Carol Laughlin. She is survived by daughters, Tonya Jean Steel of Wisconsin and Connie Kay Bartlett (Donnie) of Gallatin; father of her children, Earl Steele of Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Wix, Brian Wix, and Kirsten Bartlett; and 11 great grandchildren.
