Obituary of Christopher "Chad" Waters

Christopher “Chad” Waters, age 49 of Hendersonville, passed away October 20, 2021. Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Orlean Hunter. He is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Ericka Waters; sons, Christopher Caleb Austin Waters, Christopher Andrew Waters, and Christopher Camron Alexander Waters; mother, Pat Waters; brother, Richard Waters; fur babies, Knox and Dodger Waters. A Celebration of Chad’s Life will be held Tuesday, October 26th at 11 AM from the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Hendersonville. Interment will follow the service at Hendersonville Memory Gardens with Joe Dalton, Dana Cull, Jeremy Martin, Brian Smith, John Bell, Eric Wimsatt, Cris Norton, and Brad Woodis. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Waters, Kris Bundy, Shane Finch, Billy Gannon, and Jason Cary. Visitation with the family will be Monday, October 25th from 2-8 PM and Tuesday, October 26th from 10 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Trey Webster Memorial Scholarship at Hendersonville High School.
