Erik Allan Colter, age 39 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Mr. Colter was born September 4, 1982 in Wilson County. He is preceded in death by brothers, Thomas McCarty, Dustin Likens, and Richard Fowler. He is survived by sons, Cody Colter (Allison) of Hartsville, Brian Colter (Chloe Houchin) of Gallatin, Justin Colter of Gallatin, and Dokata Overstreet of Franklin, KY; daughter, Addie Colter of Nashville; father, Jimmy Colter (Pam) of MS; mother, Justine Coons Colter of Gallatin; brother, Mark Colter (Trina) of Cookeville; sister, Aranda Colter of Gallatin; and 2 grandchildren, Oaklyn Dodson and Elijah Edward Curtis Colter.
