Obituary of Calvin "Rick" Fultz

Calvin Richard “Rick” Fultz, age 71 of White House, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021. He was preceded in death by parents, Calvin Fultz and Ethel Vandorn; brother, Gary Fultz and half sister, Kathy Fultz. He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Fultz (John-Paul), Stacey Fultz and Kimberly Fultz; brothers, Larry (Brenda) Fultz, Mike (Lori) Fultz and Chip Fultz; sisters, Linda (Bob) Heiskell, Wendy Lawson and Betsey (John) Springman; half-sister, Cindy Fultz; three granddaughters; host of niece of nephews; treasured fur babies, Maggie and Peyton. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, December 11th at 12 PM from the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Hendersonville with Pastor Deeanna Wall officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations to be made to the American Heart Association or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
