Obituary of Janie Mitchell

Janie Mitchell, age 85, of Mt. Juliet passed away on December 19, 2021. She was born July 7, 1936 in AR and graduated from Hume-Fogg High School. Janie was retired from Northern Telecom. Janie was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Henry and Nannie Mae House, sisters, Louise Coulson, Rhoda Stevens, Maxine Walker, Adell House; and brother, Paul Hannah. She is survived by her sons, Mark L. (Sabrina) Mitchell and Mickey D. (Nena Howden) Mitchell; sister, Lynell Winters; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 27th at 1pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Pastor David Taft officiating. The Visitation will be held Monday, December 27th from 11am until time of service at 1pm. The Family will be having a private graveside service.
