Obituary of Sharon Renee Adams Riggs

Mrs. Sharon Renaee Adams Riggs, age 56, of Lafayette, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services for Sharon Riggs are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 1 PM, from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Drury Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 1 PM until 9 PM, and on Wednesday, from 10 AM until service time 1 PM. Family respectfully requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses. Mrs. Sharon Riggs was preceded in death by her Father, William Adams; and Sister, Lisa Grishom and husband, Patrick. She is survived by; Husband, Jay Nelson Riggs Son, Dustin Riggs Daughter, Brittany Riggs Mother, Brenda Miles Brother, Lee Andrews Sister, Lynn Reed and husband, Tony Step-Brothers, William Adams, Jr. Deno Miles Grandchildren, Adah Riggs, Jamari Moore, Harmony Moore, and Mataya Riggs
