Obituary of Mary Hollis Jones

Ms. Mary Hollis White Jones, age 85, of Lafayette, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022, 
at her residence.  Funeral services for Mary Hollis Jones are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 1 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Billy Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in The Shrum Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Friday, January 14, 2022, from 
5 PM to 9 PM, and on Saturday from 8 AM until service time at 1 PM.

 
Mary Hollis Jones was preceded in death by her Husband, Burnice Leslie Jones; Daughter, Penny Jones; Grandson, Mikey Robinson; Great-Grandson, Michael Cane Robinson; Parents, Joe C. White and Hattie Mae Love White; and Sister, Lois Dee Jenkins.

She is survived by;
Sons,
Larry Jones and wife, Sandra
David “Champ” Jones and wife, Donna

Daughter, 
Judy Carver

Special Niece, 
Jody Jenkins

Thirteen Grandchildren, Twenty-one Great-Grandchildren, and Seven Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive.
