David was an employee of Lifeway for 52 years.  He was affectionately known by his grandkids as "Pappy Dave."  Pappy never missed a ballgame, school event, dance recital or any other activity that involved his grandchildren.  He was a devoted husband and he and Janelle were inseparable, enjoying life together.  David loved sports and played basketball and softball. There will always be a hole in his family's heart as he was simply the best.  David will be remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty to his family, and infectious smile.
