Obituary of Frances Ruth Dillihay

Mrs. Frances Ruth Dillihay age 71 of Franklin, KY died Friday, October 29 2021 at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Mrs. Dillihay was born December 22, 1949 in Portland, TN the daughter of the late Virgil Kitchens. Mrs. Dillihay is survived by her daughter Betheny Wright (Gregory) of Franklin, KY. Her mother Mabel Redferin of Cross Plains, TN. Her sister Wanna Boyd of Portland, TN. Four half brothers Mike Kitchens of Illinois, Timmy Kitchen of Illinois, Alvin Pearson of Orlinda, TN and Mike Pearson of Portland, TN. Two half sisters Pam Kitchens and Brenda Cannon both of Indiana. Two grandchildren Austin Wright (Evelyn) and Colin Wright. Along with her father, Mrs. Dillihay was preceded in death by two brothers David and Wallace Kitchens. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday November 2, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home. The family has requested cremation following the services on Tuesday. Gilbert Funeral home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements for the Dillihay family.
