Obituary of Richard Wayne O'Bryan Jr.

Mr. Richard Wayne O’Bryan Jr. , age 64 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022 at his residence. Mr. O’Bryan was born on September 25, 1957 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Mr. O'Bryan proudly served in the United States Air Force. Mr. O’Bryan is survived by his wife of 31 years, Linda O’Bryan; sister, Marilyn (Phillip) Vanderford; sister, Ellen (Mark) Robey; sister, Phoebe O’Bryan; grandchild, Turner O’Bryan; and his dog, Milo. Mr. O’Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, Richard O’Bryan Sr. and Rita O’Bryan; son, Israel O’Bryan Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 20th at 2 PM from the chapel of Gilbert Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Willis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Portland Memorial Gardens with Jimmy Johns, Jeff Johns, John Johns, Phillip Vanderford, and Kenneth Lewis serving as pallbearers.
