Obituary of Herald Gregory

Mr. Herald Gregory, age 87 of Gallatin, died Monday morning, April 4 at NHC Sumner Place in Gallatin. He is survived by: wife, Peggy Phillips Gregory; 3 children, James Gregory and wife Sareta of Westfield, IN, David Gregory of Knoxville, Melissa Brown of Gallatin; sister, Ruby Nell Toney and husband Billy of Cato; 2 grandchildren, Brittany Atkins and husband Justin of Castalian Springs, Russell Brown of Portland, 3 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Gregory is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home and will be at the Family Heritage Funeral Home in Gallatin where his service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, April 7 at 1:00 PM. Eld. Dean Taylor will officiate. Interment in the Dixon Springs Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Skip Massey, Jason Evitts, Mickey McClard, Scotty Wilburn, Tim Towns, Matt Smith, Brian Jones; honorary pallbearers are: Gerald Phillips, Jerry Fisher, Billy Toney.

Visitation at the Family Heritage Funeral Home will begin on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
