Obituary of Jo Ann Lee

Mrs. Jo Ann Lee age 82 of Hartsville, TN passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022 at her home.

Mrs. Lee became a member of East Main Missionary Baptist Church November 24, 1985 and was a member of the Eastern Star Crescent Chapter #26 since June 28, 1985.  She worked in tobacco and was a part of the Burley Queens.

Preceded in death by:  Parents, Joe Raymond & Louise Weston; Husband, Robert E. Lee and Brothers, Bobby Scruggs & James Weston.

Survived by:  Sister, Thelma Smith-Hartsville, TN; Special Niece, Lois Woodard-Lafayette, TN; Nieces, Angela Weston-Hartsville, TN and Melissa Hughes-Gallatin, TN; Nephews, Roger Smith-Hartsville, TN, Joey Smith-Lafayette, TN, Darrell Thompson-Springfield, TN and Jackie Thompson-Hendersonville, TN and Several Great Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Wednesday, May 11, 2022 conducted by Eld. J.C. Cox and Eld. Jeff Blackwell. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation with family will be from 2 to 8 PM Tuesday and 10 AM until service time Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with funeral expenese or to the Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Mission.
