Obituary of Brenda Sue Kirby

Brenda Sue Kirby, age 61 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022.  Funeral Service will be Thursday, May 19th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Ray Young officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, May 18th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 19th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.   Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to offset medical expenses.

Mrs. Kirby was born June 30, 1960 in Madison.  She is preceded in death by father, Toye Christian and mother, Mildred Ray Cornwell.  She is survived by husband, Edward Kirby of Gallatin; daughter, Casey Henry (Kyle) of Columbia; son, Dylan Cox (Reba) of Cedar Hill; brother, Michael W. Christian (Karen) of Estero, FL; and 2 grandchildren, Brooks Henry and Presley Henry.  Mrs. Kirby was a member of Gallatin First Baptist Church.  Brenda was a life-long animal lover with a passion for horses.  She retired from R.R.
