Obituary of Jessie Burford Overstreet

Mr. Jessie Burford Overstreet, better known as "J.B." age 71, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at Macon Community Hospital. Funeral services for Jessie Overstreet are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 2 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Jackie Wakefield and Elder Dean Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in The Underwood Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, from 10 AM until 9 PM, and on Thursday from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.

The family request donations be made to the funeral expenses.

Mr. Jessie Burford Overstreet was preceded in death by his Wife, Mitzie Anna Crabtree Overstreet; Parents, Jessie Merlin Overstreet and Vergie K. Clay Overstreet; Sister, Anna Lou McCall; and Brother, Floyd Overstreet.

He is survived by;
