Mr. Michael Edward Prusak, age 60 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at TriStar Portland Medical Center. Michael was born on May 4, 1962 in Lackawanna, New York to the late Eugene and Carol Shero Prusak.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Prusak.
