Obituary of Dorthy Ray Sircy

Dorthy Ray Sircy, age 77 of Gallatin, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, July 2nd at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin.  Visitation will be Friday, July 1st from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 2nd from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service at Dixon Springs Cemetery, with Bryan Sircy, Jacob Sircy, Dalton Henry, Garrett Sircy, Brandon McMurtry, Sean Holder, Joey Bass, Jessica Holder, Payton Henry, and Nina Lapuste serving as pallbearers.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 4009 Hillsboro Pike Ste 209, Nashville, TN  37215.

Mrs. Sircy was born February 26, 1945 in Trousdale County to the late Herbert B. Ray, Jr. and Willette Bennett Ray.  She is survived by husband of 59 years, Billy Key Sircy of Gallatin; sons, Keith Sircy (Nikki) of Portland and Jeff Sircy (Barbara) of Gallatin; daughter, April Henry (Derryl, Jr.) of Gallatin; brother, H. B. Ray (Linda); 11 grandchildren, Bryan Sircy, Jessica Holder (Sean), Allison Thompson, Sarah Neal, Jacob Sircy (Jennifer), Brandon McMurtry (Yari), Nina Lapuste (Dan), Garrett Sircy, Joey Bass, Payton Henry, and Dalton Henry; and 18 great grandchildren.  Mrs. Sircy was a clerk at Sumner Regional Medical Center for 12 years.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.  Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin has been honored to assist the family.
