Obituary of Trevor Shane Wix

Mr. Trevor Shane Wix, age 42 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. Trevor was born on March 23, 1980 in Portland, Tennessee.

Trevor is survived by his children, Vivian Wix, Riley Wix, and Brayden Wix; father, Jimmy Wix, Sr. (Jenny); mother, Annette Sircy; grandmother, Doris Langlios (Ron); brothers, Jimmy Wix, Jr., Josh Wix, Michael Wix, Cameron Mendez; sisters, Chandra Wix and Tiana Mendez; nephews, Dre Vaughn, Tino Vaughn, Devin Wix, and Jordan Wix; several aunts and uncles; girlfriend, Shawnta Woodard.

Trevor was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Clifford Wix; maternal grandfather, Bernice Sircy.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 29th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Mike Callis officiating. Interment will follow the service at Old Brush Cemetery with Trevor Jackson, Todd Lewis, Eric Munday, Brandon Baird, Derrick West, Dre Vaughn, Tony Reid, and Shawn Wix serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer is David White. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, August 28^th from 1:00-8:00 PM and Monday, August 29^th from 10:00 AM until time of service.
