Obituary of William "Bill" Johnson

William “Bill” Johnson, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022.  Graveside Service, with Military Honors, will be Tuesday, September 6^th at 3:00 p.m. at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.  Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6^th from 1:00 p.m. until time to leave for the cemetery at Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin.

Mr. Johnson was born September 30, 1942 in Smith County to the late Roy Lee Johnson and Lorene Butts Johnson.  He is survived by wife of 50 years, Janice L. Smith Johnson of Gallatin; daughter, Christina Leann Lauffer (Paul) of Gallatin; 3 grandchildren, Austin Demonbreun (Katie), Peyton Maxey, and Gavon Maxey; and 2 great grandchildren, Kimber Grace Demonbreun and William Lee Demonbreun.  Mr. Johnson served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
