Obituary of Ethel Mai Williams

Mrs. Ethel Mai Williams, 83, of Westmoreland, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022, at her Residence. Ethel was born on September 22, 1938 to the late Willie Hayse Hyde and Sarah “Sallie” Tuttle Hyde. Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 11 AM from The Chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Westmoreland with Elder Ron Spurgeon and Elder GW Knight officiating. Interment will follow in the Eulia Cemetery with Kendon Duggin, Matthew Blankenship, Dylan Leath, Dalton Leath, Ethan Williams, Daniel Blankenship, and Brady Williams serving as pallbearers. Keith Duggin and Cody Blankenship serving as honorary pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 7, from 4 PM until 8 PM and on Thursday, September 8, from 10 AM until the service time at 11 AM. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Hayse Hyde and Sarah “Sallie” Tuttle Hyde; brother, Willie Delmare “W.D.” Hyde; sisters, Frances Harrison and Jonell Adcock; grandson, Chad Duggin; great granddaughter, Sophia Monhollen. She is survived by; Husband, Thomas Lee Williams; children, Cynthia Duggin, Timothy Williams and wife, Marybeth, Penny Blankenship and husband, Wayne, Tracy Williams and wife, Cyndi, Kimberly Leath and husband, Jeff, Korey Williams and wife, Linny; sister, Mary Alice Troutt; eighteen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
